REFORMA Los Angeles Chapter is thrilled to announce the winner of our ALA & REFORMA Gala Student Sponsorship, Javier S. Garibay, a UCLA student. Congratulations Javier! 

But wait there is more, thanks to the generous donations of a few members of LA Chapter, we selected a second winner, Jesse Lopez, a student at Wayne State University. Congratulations Jesse!

MLIS Student in SoCal - Attend ALA & REFORMA Gala in Las Vegas FREE!

REFORMA Los Angeles Chapter is sponsoring an MLIS student to attend the 2014 ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas and  REFORMA's Denim and Diamonds Gala on Friday, June 27th.

Submit a short paragraph on why you would want to attend ALA and the Gala to reformala@gmail.com by June 15th.

Requirements:

    MLIS Student
    Resident of Southern CA
    Able to attend the Gala on Friday, June 27th

One winner will be chosen and will receive a total of $250. The winner will be announced June 16th.
